B400洗碗机适用于中型企业、学校、医院、机关及快餐公司等，所有的功能、性能特点参照B系列。系统全电脑智能控制，可电、气两用，智能净化处理系统可自动处理水质，节能环保，机械自动化装置结合电器保护功能，操作简便、性能稳定、安全可靠。设备全不锈钢制造，防腐蚀，坚固耐用。设备分为A、B、C型，A型高温冲洗消毒并带催干功能，用于综合性餐具洗涤，B型高温冲洗及光波电器远红外消毒烘干，适用于密胺类的餐具，C型高温冲洗消毒光波电器远红外线消毒高温高速烘干，无需额外辅助，纯物理消毒，适用于不锈钢快餐盘与金属类餐具的洗涤。
